Purchase Order Guidelines
To ensure your order is processed accurately and efficiently – ALL Purchase Orders MUST contain the following information.
Contact Information
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Contact Person
- Contact Person’s Phone Number
- Contact Person’s Email Address
Shipping Information
- Company Name
- Company Address
- Contact Person
- Contact Person’s Phone Number
- Contact Person’s Email Address
Shipping Method
- Shipment Method (Ground, 2 Day, Priority, etc.)
- Shipping Terms – (FOB San Diego)
- Shipper (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Shipper Account # & Associated Zip Code
- Freight Forwarder information (if needed, especially when shipping internationally)
Customer Dock Date
- The date the customer wants the shipment on their dock
- Partial Shipment Accepted – a note indicating in partial shipments can be received
Payment Information
- Terms (Net 30, Net 60, Credit Card)
Product Information
- Part Number
- Needs to be the full part number and not the model number
- Part Description
- Part Quantity
- Part Unit Price
- Part Total Price
Authorization
- Printed Name
- Signature
- Date

To ensure your CalAmp devices meet your requirements, please following these guidelines:
Overview
For all Orders, in a NOTES Section of the PO, please list:
- PULS Group Name
For each device on order, please specify the following when applicable:
- Device Part Number
- PEGScript Programming Method
- APN Key Programming Method
- SIM Insertion
- CalAmp Device Firmware Reflash
- Network Carrier Provisioning
- Network Activation on Data2Go Wireless
Device Part Number
Pegscript Programming Method
Directly under each product requiring a Configuration to be assigned, use the following Part Numbers to define the PegScript Configuration gets assigned to each device.
APN Programming Method
Under each device that requires the APN Key to be programmed into the device use the following as Part NUmber (be sure to include the APN Value).
Sim Insertion
Under each device that requires a SIM to be inserted, use the following part numbers and description.
CalAmp Firmware ReFlash
Under each device that requires a specific manufactures Firmware to be flashed, use the following part numbers and description.
Network Carrier Provisioning Service
Under each device that you’d like to confirm working on your Network Carrier and is communicating with PULs, use the following part numbers and description.
Network Activation: Data2Go
Under each device that you’d like to assign a data plan, use the following part numbers and description.
